Overview
The Dynamic Mind Practice (DMP) is a guided meditation method that helps you relax deeply, ease mental chatter, and reconnect with a sense of calm presence.
A lifelong habit, not just a weekend workshop.
Through this orientation, you’ll learn how to bring meditation into your daily routine with ease so that focus, clarity, and balance become second nature.
Practical and experiential.
Rather than theory, you’ll experience the practice directly. You’ll be guided step-by-step so you can integrate it into real life whether for reducing stress, improving focus, or simply feeling more grounded.
Supported journey.
Your learning doesn’t end after the 2-day orientation. You’ll receive 7 days of short guided sessions and WhatsApp group support to help you build consistency and ease meditation into your everyday routine.
The practice has been shared worldwide by teachers trained by Gita Bellin, who continues to guide and inspire the work
“Silence is a gift of staggering proportion.”
— Gita Bellin
